Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within 5 business days from your purchase. Holidays are an exception and are NOT counted as a business day. Delivery within Canada/USA takes 3-5 business days AFTER your order is processed. All orders within Canada and the USA are shipped via UPS/FedEx/USPS/CanadaPost. Tracking numbers are available for all CANADIAN & USA orders. International delivery takes 7-21 business days depending on customs clearance in your country. This duration is an estimation as international shipping can involve delays based on high volumes of packages entering customs in your country. Due to uncontrollable shipping regulations, International orders do not always have tracking numbers depending on your country of origin.
